Spacious and sunny house with sea views.

We live in a beautiful house, which overlooks the whole of Brighton, with sea views from our bedroom and lounge windows. The house is a family home, light, airy and spacious and filled with natural light. The rooms are spread over three floors, and the garden and decked balcony are south facing, perfect for a family looking for a summer holiday or weekend away near the sea. We are a 25min walk from the centre of Brighton with direct bus routes. Sorry minimum stay one week. No weekend stays. The space We are in the process of updating the photos. Not too much other than bed configurations and wall colours! The house is arranged over three floors. Top floor Main bedroom with sea views and large double bed Girls bedroom bunk bed with pull out single bed underneath. Middle floor Teenagers bedroom with double bed . Bathroom Lounge with sea views Ground floor Spare bedroom with large double bed Toilet with sink Kitchen/balcony. Large outdoor sofa, decked area with steps down into the garden Garden Large trampoline Guest access Entire house. Other things to note One week bookings minimum. We have a lovely cat called Jerry who would need feeding daily very independent as we have a cat flap. Loves cuddles.
