You'll find the incredible and well-kept beach of "ABRELA", which has all the amenities and two quality flags, the ISO 14.004 FLAG (Consistent quality) and the renowned BLUE FLAG. THE WAY OF SAINT JAMES (XACOBEA DEL MAR ROUTE) passes about 900 meters from the house, through the village of RIOBARBA. Very close you also have the "RIO SOR" viewpoint with an incredible view of its mouth. It will give you the incredible and unique feeling of being on top of the world. The interior decoration has nothing to do with what you have seen on the outside. It is a minimalist and modern decoration that enhances the contrast of colors. In the living room/hall you will find the contrast of red with white. In the other living room the contrast is given by white and black, all with the green backgrounds of the countryside and the blue of the sea that seeps through the window.
