Why the "Carriage House" you might ask? We named it that before we knew what the technical term of a carriage house is. This house is a full-sized home on a single piece of property with a backyard and everything. We named it the: "Carriage House" because it has a stately carport you can park your "carriage" under (your car). The couch folds out to sleep 2 additional family members. We have pet sensitivities so we wanted this space to be safe for others that have this same issue. Guest access Parking in the driveway is best. There is parking for more than one car. The street at the Carriage House has a bicycle lane that goes by the house so parking on the street doesn't work so well. The front porch has a 2 person swing for your enjoyment. There is a concrete patio out the back door for you to enjoy the outdoors with some privacy.
