The accommodation is centrally located, on a street that is a bit busy during the day but quiet in the evening and at night. Shops are nearby (1 km away), train station 2 km away. Bike paths. Bike & canoe rentals. Typical port 2 minutes away. Nearby beaches, the 1st is 5 minutes away. The ocean beaches are 30 minutes away, such as Arcachon, or Andernos. Bordeaux is less than 30 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car! Enough to combine relaxation, nature and tourism, but wine tourism with St Emilion or the Médoc! The space The accommodation is part of a family property. The entrance to the property for the accommodation is shared through an electric gate. Guests can park their car in front of the gîte (parking) and garden. Totally independent accommodation. Ideal capacity of 2 people, or couple with children. Guest access Totally independent accommodation, street side. Other things to note Free provision of sheets, towels, basic savory and sweet groceries. In exchange, I ask the people I host to clean and leave the place as clean as when they arrived. Clarification for the washing machine that is not in the accommodation.
