There is also a covered walkway to the train station where guests can easily access the rest of the city, including the Makati central business district. Just register as our Unit's guest. -There is COMMERCIAL PARKING available at Basements 1 to 4 if you are bringing your car during your stay -Guest LAUNDRY and DRY CLEANING services are available for a fee on the 40th floor. While on the 40th floor, you can also check out the ROOFTOP VIEW of Metro Manila. -ATMs, Banks and 711 convenience store is conveniently located inside the building. Property is right beside 'the Portal' with different selections of restaurants and activities at the Greenfield District Park. -24hr SECURITY and CONCIERGE services provided -prepaid LTE POCKET WIFI by Globe Tattoo also available for use during your stay upon request. Before check-out kindly tie all garbage bags closed and dispose at Basement 1 centralized trash collection point. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BAGS on the hallways. There will be 1k pesos penalty by building admin for any violations. Or you may leave closed trash bags inside the unit when you checkout for my caretaker to dispose later. STRICTLY NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND NO PARTYING AND LOUD MUSIC during the entire duration of your stay. NO SMOKING INCLUDING ON THE BALCONY and NO PETS ALLOWED. Thanks for observing the house rules!
