Our house is located on the Lake of the Ozarks on a private inlet on the quieter Little Niangua part of the lake. It sits on almost 2 acres of lakefront property with nearly 300 ft of shoreline and beautiful water views, tall trees, and large dock to swim and fish from. It's a great place to reconnect with family and enjoy a quiet getaway. We recently completed a full renovation of our 1950s ranch style home and property which offers everything a family needs for building wonderful memories. The space The kitchen has been completely renovated with new granite countertops, cabinets, lighting, and appliances. Pictures have been updated to show the new kitchen. Also, super fast fiber internet was installed for video streaming and other applications. 2nd bathroom was fully remodeled and now offers new tile floors and white marbled tile shower with new fixtures. We also added new carpet in all bedrooms. We have included 2 kayaks as well for your use along with the 2 paddle boards. We also added a new AC system in the main house and upgraded water heater with new high efficiency unit. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all modern conveniences such as HDTV with YouTubeTV streaming package of local and most TV channels, Amazon firestick, Apple TV, DVD, Wifi, stereo, speakers on patio, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and 2 refrigerators. You can start your morning enjoying your coffee on the spacious 500 sq ft covered outdoor patio with stunning lake views completely surrounded by nature. Then get your day started as you please…swimming off our large dock fully equipped with table and chairs under a nice covered area, lounge chairs on the large sundeck, extra folding chairs for more seating. Crank up the fun with 2 paddle boards to explore the lake and also a large 6x18’ water mat. In addition, let the kids slide down the slide from the dock into the water while you listen to your favorite music on the speakers on the dock. Feel free to bring your own fishing rods and fish off the dock. We recommend you bring your own lifejackets and have all kids wear them anytime they are on the dock or near the water. In the evening, enjoy grilling on the charcoal grill while enjoying stunning lake views or sitting in the 2 adirondack chairs near the water. Then take a walk on the gravel road to walk in quiet nature. Some charcoal is provided, but if you are doing a lot of grilling, feel free to bring some additional charcoal. The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from Camdenton with access to grocery stores such as Wal-mart and Gerbes along with several restaurants. Please note there are 8 steps coming down from the parking area to the front door. When you walk in, the main house has a living area open to the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a laundry room. The 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom are accessed through a covered porch we call the “breezeway”. The 4th bedroom is detached 30 feet from the main house next to the garage and provides a separate space in a more rustic setting, which is perfect for extra guests or teens. The 4th bedroom is not connected to a bathroom. Bed linens and shower towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels for swimming. Pets and smoking are not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property. Note: Boats, jet ski, and boat lift are personal items and are not included in rental. The large covered 12’x30’ boat slip is included in the rental for you to bring your own boat or rent a boat. If you bring a boat, there is a free boat ramp named Larry Gale nearby where you can put your boat in. Kayaks, paddle boards, and large water mat are all included in rental. We have included many pictures of the indoor and outdoor spaces so you can get a good sense of the property and what to expect. It's one thing that we appreciated when we rented vacation homes in the past. Guest access Guests can access the house via keypad for self-check in Other things to note Cell service - All 4 wireless carriers have service at the lake house. Sprint and T-Mobile have full 5 bars of service and AT&T and Verizon are average. You can enable WiFi calling on your phone to help with any calling issues. The lake house has fast fiber internet and wifi to allow multiple devices including video stream and working remotely. We have multiple WiFi nodes placed around the property including on the dock to try and achieve good WiFi coverage around the main areas.
