Surrounding the home, and available to you free of charge at the Walden Yacht Club are two gorgeous pools, a convenient snack bar cabana for food and drinks, an elegant dining room for dinner and brunch with gorgeous views of Lake Conroe. There is also a third walk-to pool from the house, Walden Racquet Club with top rated tennis courts and Pros for lessons which include covered courts and Walden Fitness Center with lap pool for your fitness needs. This home is located across from Walden's private boat launch and a perfect place for a great family vacation or special gathering with family and friends. Rent a boat or jet ski from nearby or bring your own boat, fish off of the water deck, play a friendly game of football on the green space next to the house, volleyball or corn toss in the backyard or relax and enjoy the many varieties of wildlife. You will surely witness a variety of wildlife visible from the rear of the home while still having a beautiful view and access to the lake. You or your family and friends can safely swim 400 feet without the danger of an out of control jet ski or speeding boat. There are two white amenities cards left on the kitchen counter that give you access to the neighborhood amenities such as the yacht club swimming pools and cabana area, health club, two neighborhood boat launches and racquet club with tennis courts and Pickleball. Other things to note A white plastic access card is left on the kitchen counter. The card is needed to open gate to the pool area at the Walden Yacht Club, open the electronic gate to the two boat launches and also the health club. The key to the gated pool is also left on the counter. The pool is down the street to the left you see when you open the front door. It is down the street about five houses down on your right. It has a small parking area in the front. The golf cart key is also on the counter. The cart lasts about two hours of run time on a full charge. Keep it charged when not using. There are various outdoor games such as corn toss, Jenga, and four in a row inside of the cabana. There is a Weber 4 burner propane stainless steel grill under the veranda for your use. There are two propane tanks. Because we have no one who could constantly check the tanks we ask that if the tanks are running low, if you would purchase two refills and send me a photo of the receipt, I will immediately reimburse you. There are two grocery stores on the main road of Walden very close to the house that sell the tanks.
