Our pretty house built in 1936, is located on Cap-Coz beach. Well maintained, it benefited from beautification work in the spring of 2021 and is regularly maintained. Ideal for families or for 2 or 3 couples, you will have a lovely Breton vacation. The area has a wide range of activities. The space The house has all the comforts: Heating in all rooms. Renovated and well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Three bedrooms with comfortable bedding. A large terrace overlooking the beach (south/east) with terrace furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A garden on the street side (north/west). High-speed internet etc... Guest access Parking: the entrance to the garden was enlarged in 2020, you can easily park 2 cars there (for info: parking is prohibited in front of the gate, the municipal police will give you a ticket!)
