Situated at the end of a lane, attached to the main farm house some mile and half from the village of Aberporth, which offers an excellent pub, takeaways and an award winning dog friendly sandy beach. The cottage offers a large garden with deck area offering a hot tub and all year round BBQ Cabin, as well as views to the sea from upstairs. The space Attached to the main farm house, Parc Newydd Fach Self Catering cottage, dating back to 1873 is totally self contained. The main bedroom upstairs has a kingsize bed with a door leading to a new upstairs lounge with beanbags, a big TV with Amazon firestick. and awesome views across Cardigan Bay. The bathroom is located downstairs off the kitchen and there is a cosy lounge with a wood burning stove, smart TV and patio door to the large garden and deck area where the BBQ cabin and hot tub are located. Guest access Guests have sole use of the Hot Tub, BBQ Cabin, Deck Area, Garden and Patio. The facilites are checked morning and evening to comply with health & safety standards. A seperate access is used for this purpose.
