One stop from Hoxton and two from Shoreditch (two of London's trendiest areas), a newly built development with a glorious penthouse view looking over North London from the balcony. Two good sized bedrooms, one with a fold out single bed and the main bedroom with a super king bed. A large living room with double sofa/bed. Air-conditioning throughout The space This is a spacious two bedroom, three bed flat on the top floor of a seven floor building (with lift) giving an impressive view of London. The third bed in the living area is a pull out sofa which coverts to a double bed. The kitchen is newly refurbished and fully equipped and there is a bathroom with both bath and shower. Both bedrooms are of a good size - the master overlooking the balcony with a super king bed and the second bedroom has a small single fold out bed. The lounge is bright and airy and the views over North London can't be beaten. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the entire apartment Other things to note This is a home and not a full time holiday apartment. - Parking is available at just £3.30 a day for a guest resident parking permit. - Please be aware that a small Pug does live at the apartment. He won't be home during your visit but it is the home of dog owners. - Please inform us ahead of time if you would like check in after 9pm or before midday or depart after midday as we may need to charge an additional checking in/out fee for late arrivals. - Please be sure to take out any rubbish you use. - Feel free to help yourself to tea, coffee and basic food items but if you finish something, please replace it.
