Guest suite in Cornwall

A two-storey separate annexe with double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and sitting room, breakfast area and cloakroom on the ground floor. Private off-road parking and shared rear entrance (with the owners). Located in the heart of Falmouth, the beaches, town centre and harbour are all within a 15 minute walk. Cooked breakfast is not available; however, a continental breakfast selection is provided. The space Guests will have sole use of the annexe which adjoins, but is independent from, the main house. Access is through a secure gate, down a gently sloping path with handrail. Although privately owned, the parking area is unsecured and used at owner's risk. The annexe is not self catering; however, a kettle, toaster and microwave are provided in the breakfast area. Guest access The outdoor space at this property may be used by arrangement with the host.
