2 Full Bedrooms & Bath only minutes to Centerville, shopping, restaurants, attractions. And hop & skip to Dickson, Columbia, Franklin, Nashville, to TN-50, I-40, TN-100 and on to I-840. Available: 1 Queen bedroom with private bathroom & shower, and Single bedroom with a daybed and a small size cot that has a private entrance. Common area (shared with Host) is the Greatroom containing: Sofa & seating area, TV, wood stove, games; Full Kitchen/dining table, counter/stools, and drink station. The space As you enter the house at the front door, you will step into the common great room that has a TV & DVD within the seating area. The great room is a shared area with me, your host. The front door is the main entrance. Your queen bedroom and singe bedroom are your total private areas, with the single bedroom having it's own entry door. In the kitchen area you will find coffee, tea & hot chocolate station, along with creamer, honey, fruit, jams, dinning table, linens, pots, pans, and dishes. Your own private fridge with ice box is just off the kitchen. You are welcome to fix a complete meal on the stove, you are welcome to use all of the cooking pans, glasses, dishes, the microwave, toaster, and clean up with the dishwasher. If needed, I can wash and dry any personal items during your stay. The free Wifi is available and if cell service is spotty, you can use TextNow App to connect with friends & family. So come on over, be our Guest, here in my new barndominium. You can plan on enjoying all of the outdoors of nature. Sip on a cool glass of lemonade, do some birdwatching, cook some burgers on the grill, and try to see if you can spot some bunnies nibbling clover....oh and you just might see some deer or wild turkeys wander across the fields in late evening. Guest access All guest have access to the front and back yards along with the host. Charcoal grill, seating areas of the porch and down by the creek are accessible areas. Plenty of walking trails or bike riding up and down the dirt road. During your stay All around the property is available for guest to explore. Hiking, bike riding down the dirt roads, or wading in the spring fed creek, chilling your feet, and/or you could be looking for crawdads & frogs while bird watching. Must always be watchful for wild critters out in these woods. There are snakes you must always look carefully for...especially during warm months. May also see a stand of deer or turkeys, very early morning, or just about dusk time, who have come to get a cool drink of water. Chiggers and ticks are both tiny pests that will drive you crazy during the warmer months. So you must always wear protective clothing and treat with repellant before going walking in the woods. Other things to note Entry into home is by the double doors located on the front porch. There are no stairs or steps coming into the house. Keypad entry is only need for the back door if you should be late at night, coming inside. So this will be given after booking is confirmed. As I am the resident artist living here, the shared areas are the great room, which has the TV viewing area with other seating, wood stove & games, a full kitchen, dining area and drink station. And that includes all of the outside around the house, porch, patio, grill, creek, trails. Your 2 private bedrooms (queen & single), and bathroom are located just off the Greatroom, which you are able to lock from inside your rooms. The smaller bedroom does have it's own private entrance. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
