The space This is an apartment of 1200sq.fts. area which consists two bedrooms with 2 king size double bed and one single bed and big area for living and dining. In all 5 persons can be accommodated comfortably with ready beds. For two persons, one bedroom will be allowed to use, if used second bedroom also for any reason that will be chargeable as second air conditioner will consume lot of electricity, and electricity is very costly in Delhi. This apartment is not given on sharing bases. Even if one guest stay, entire apartment remains in his/her custody but that will not be allowed to share with anyone. Only those guests who have booked will be allowed to stay here. My property located in New Delhi. Apartment area is (1200 Sq.Ft. approx) on 2nd floor without elevator. Air conditioned bedrooms and Drawing cum dining area, free Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, fully automatic washing machine, big work table, sofa, dining tables. Guests have to mention their purpose of visit as well as relation between the guests with total number of occupants of the apartment specifically.This area is in the heart of the city but with a difference that no building crowd. This place is very safe, peaceful and pleasant for females even. Families with small kids will stay comfortably. Guests have to do utensils cleaning themselves. This is home so live like in home. We provide on demand cleaning maid for cleaning of floor only.
