The space The home offers multiple inside/outside living areas to relax and take in the the hinterland or ocean views across to Lennox Headland while you enjoy a drink and the end of the day . Whether it be relaxing by the pool on its expansive patio, lounging in the courtyard for a chat, or simply sitting upstairs on the balcony with a good book....rest and relaxation is assured. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom & WIR, the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have BIR's and share an additional bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom comfortably accommodates a queen size bed. Bed linen, bath & beach towels are supplied and the bed is ready made for your arrival. A 3rd bathroom downstairs services the living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with new modern appliances. A selection of Tea/Coffee & local jams is supplied as well as cooking condiments. The adjoining dining room comfortably accomodates an 8 seater dining table for the whole family. A gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture is also provided for our guests sole use including deck chairs, many armchairs & an 8 seater dining table/chairs. There is free secure WIFI connection and Netflix on multiple TV's in living area & bedrooms. A selection of games and books are also supplied. There is full mobile reception throughout the home and it's surrounds. Guest access One of the best things about our location is our proximity to amenities and the regions local attractions which makes it a great base to explore from. There is ample on site parking available for our guests. Other things to note The property is also home to two friendly animals - Charlie our labrador dog and Bruno our 'namesake' pet sheep (who thinks he's a dog!). They roam the yard as they choose and love making new friends. As on site hosts we are immediately on hand for assistance if required, but respect your need for full privacy. Our dwelling, though located near, is fully screened off to ensure this. We encourage potential guests to read our reviews as verification of any concerns regarding this. Although smoking is strictly not permitted in the house, it is allowed anywhere outdoors. We ask that you respect ours and our neighbours environment by not making excessive noise after 10.00 pm.
