Modern conveniences such as fast wifi, Nest thermostats and designer lighting, complement a contemporary and cosy cottage style. A network of public footpaths can be accessed from the door connecting keen hikers and dog walkers to the hills. The local pub is less than a mile away and serves excellent food and local ales. Other things to note The owners of Brosterfield Hall have a lovely doggie which generally tends to be kept around the Hall, but occasionally you may meet her. She is very friendly. We do ask if you are bringing dogs yourself to keep your doggies on the lead when outside of the property and if you have a dog that may not like other dogs, just to let us know in advance. One dog is permitted, an additional fee of £20.00 per stay applies. Dogs are requested to be kept downstairs and off all furniture. TV IN THE COTTAGE Due to the unique nature of Brosterfield Cottage's position in the Peak District, the cottage is currently unable to receive a terrestrial TV signal. Therefore the TV service is provided through the superfast broadband, delivering on-demand, catch up and some live channels through popular apps such as BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, 4oD and more. If you have an account you can also log in to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus (please remember to log out when you leave the cottage).
