If you trash my home, turn up with friends wanting to stay for nothing, Fine starting at $200 to $1000 for deliberately property damage. Dogs and other pets welcome $30 each per night. Horses $35 per horse per night in roundyard No fires or party's The space wifi available Rural country 1890s farm house in quiet location. Trail riding offered to guests for extra $. Also you can bring your own horse @ $35 per night with use of round yard. Please don't leave me your holiday rubbish. Quiet time after 10pm Outside camera's operate around property. Please respect my beautiful home..... Guest access Own entrance to the front of house & carport. Please remove dirty shoes. Good 4 sized bedrooms, shared bathroom/toilet with other guests, 5th bedroom is twin room with its own toilet n shower. Large kitchen /dining / lounge room. Quiet time after 10pm. TV. On offer ~ trail riding on beautiful educated horses to Colac lake available to those that can ride or can easily lead those guests that would prefer. Please no cooking after 9pm and no lighting of fire, please respect my beautiful home... During your stay PLEASE~No instant booking over the Christmas, new year or Easter period. Check first that I have room for your group please. Large groups are welcome and preferred over 6+ people. No single room over Christmas or Easter. Guests do not like sharing with other guests the bathroom or kitchen with others over Christmas and Easter... I work from home with the horses.
