Villa Aelia is an elegant newly constructed house, optimally located at a 2 min walk from the crystal-clear beach of Agios Mamas and a 5 min walk from the port of Spetses, Dapia. At the same time it is in a very quiet spot of the vehicle-free town of Spetses island, where not even motorbikes are allowed. Ideal for BACHELORETTES :-) The villa is secluded and private, and Spetses is only 10 minutes across from the Peloponnese, on an open boat. The space Villa Aelia is a luxury newly built home consisting of three floors. The top floor features an ambient sunny master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dress room and a small balcony which overlooks the garden. The first floor has one large double bedroom and one more bedroom with a semi double sofa bed (for one adult), one bathroom, a large stylish living room and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On this level there is also a small veranda overviewing the garden, ideal for your coffee or lunch. Finally the basement floor features two double bedrooms (one has an "internal" window, getting light from the adjacent kitchen), one bathroom, a W.C. and another kitchen. For the 10th guest a plying bed can be placed in one of the living rooms. Villa Aelia is fully equipped with a/c (hot/cold fan coil) and 2 HD Televisions. At the outside you will enjoy a beautiful two level garden, with various sitting corners, both shady and exposed to the sun, and a tiny private church at the top corner. Guest access Everywhere ! Other things to note SPETSES EVENTS Don't miss the glorious Easter time at Spetses island. It is the best place to visit at that time. Very well known events such as SPETSES CLASSIC YACHT RACE and SPETSES MARATHON are worth visiting. The FESTIVAL OF ARMATA that takes place on Spetses Island on the second weekend of September, celebrating Panaghia Armata (Virgin Mary of the “Armata”) and commemorating the great Naval Battle of Spetses is spectacular. PARTIES & EVENTS Parties and events are allowed provided that there has been prior communication with the owner at the time of booking. In this case (i.e. marriage parties, christening parties, bachelor parties) special rates apply (extra charges), which will be given during our upfront communication.
