To all guests i have a private underground parking place, to protect you vehicle from rain, snow, hail and other precipitation and bad weather conditions. Apartment is all new, recently completed its repair works. Its located on the right side of the building and thus protected from the car sounds from the road, balcony looks out to the garden, where grow trees and birds sing every day especially in the morning. Road junction allows to move to any part of the city in minutes, close location to Vake's Chavchavadze district allows you to get to the business center in 5 min by walk, where you can attend cafes, bars, restaurants and go shopping. The entrance to the yard of the building is protected and one can always get help in case of need outside of the house. Inside the apartments guests are free to use any space available to their sight. The space is all yours. I am available 24/7, my guests can rely on me and my help any time Vake-Saburtalo is a prestigious district full of fashionable shops, bars, cafes and supermarkets. My apartment is located on the border of both districts so all fun places can be reached within 10 minutes by feet or if you have a car (parked on my private underground parking) within 1-5 minutes depending on traffic. But sometimes it's better to walk, since Tbilisi is lately getting known for it's traffic. How to get to the apartment: Transfer, me or my friend will pick you up from the airport- 15$ Taxis - standing outside of the airport or you can download an app with YandexTaxi, Maxim or Taxify. Bus #37 - Bus's route lays from Airport to the railway station, you can get off the bus at any bus stop between or directly from Rustaveli avenue to the railway station and pick up a taxi for the most simple and fastest way to get to the apartment. The materials used in repair works are high class, i used sound absorbing substrate under laminate to protect guests from other sounds to make apartment more quiet.
