We only offer mid to long lease ( 1 month to 1 year lease) so this is an ideal place for people who plan to live Taipei for mid to long term. ( no rental offers for less than 1 month stay.) The room on the post is a double bed room with desk, chair, exterior windows, wardrobe, lamp and AC. There is a balcony attached to the room with a sink. Twice cleaning service for the common will be arranged every month.
