Airy Boho Hill Country retreat, near Lake Travis

Welcome to your Weekend at BarneyZ, where you can have fun with family, friends, & dogs at this stylish yet peaceful Hill Country Retreat. Our modern Lago Vista home near Lake Travis is designed elegantly for you to have a relaxing stay. We’re a 7min drive (~30min walk) from direct lake access via the private neighborhood parks. The various neighborhood amenities include access to the golf course, tennis court, boat ramps, fitness center/pool, trails, and more! We can't wait to host you! The space Our children & dog friendly home has a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a guest room with a triple bunk bed which can sleep 3 children or adults! There is also an office space for your work needs. Full kitchen & amenities are included for your comfort at this home away from home. There is complimentary WIFI, a Smart Samsung 4k TV with Roku, office space, kid friendly spaces, and washer and dryer. The house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between bookings to ensure each guest has a clean and safe stay! Please note the backyard is currently a work-in-progress and not fenced in or in use. Deer and other animals will often pass through which guests often enjoy watching through the back French door windows or small porch. Please make sure to keep dogs on leash and monitor children at all times if you do choose to let them explore outdoors! Guest access Guests will be provided a smart lock key code a day ahead of check in time. Guests will also be provided with a key card and guest passes for access to the neighborhood parks, boat ramps, fitness center, pool, and other facilities. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require guest access to the neighborhood amenities and we will provide you with guest passes. Pet Rules: Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing any pets as we allow up to 2 dogs (sorry no cats) with a flat $50 fee per pet per stay. There is a 70lb weight limit per dog with exception for doodle mixes, service animals, and under special circumstances. Dogs must be neutered/spayed and up to date on all vaccines and flea/tick treatments - fleas/ticks are common in the area with the abundant wildlife. Additional charges will be billed for any damages or deep cleaning needed. Please keep your dogs on leash at all times when outside as there is no fencing in the yard and homeowners will not be responsible for injuries to pets or humans while on the property. We hope you and your furry friends enjoy the stay! Other things to note What's nearby: Lago Vista is a quiet town home to numerous shops and restaurants you can visit and just 20 min away from the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge. There are various parks, hiking trails, a neighborhood fitness center, community pool, the Lago Vista Golf Course, disc golf courses, & tennis courts all located within 2 miles from the house. While our home is not directly on Lake Travis, it is within 1 mile either direction and walking distance (7 min drive or a ~30min leisurely walk) to boat ramps or parks with lake access as well as boat rental companies. Guests can also rent a boat and head across the water to Pace Bend Park for fun activities including cliff diving, mountain biking, rock climbing, or hiking. You can also take fun day trips around the city, conveniently located ~30 mins to Cedar Park, ~50 mins to downtown Austin, ~45 min to the Domain shopping center, and ~55 min to the Round Rock Outlets/Georgetown.
