Stunning and quiet location only a two minute walk to the sandy beach. The rocky hills provide a gorgeous backdrop and an opportunity for walks with incredible views. Kairakau beach is only 40 minutes to Havelock North, 20 minutes to the local country pub and 30 minutes to Waipawa. Bring your surfboard, your boat, or fish off the beach, this idyllic spot is perfect for your next family adventure or weekend away with your friends. The space This beautiful home features wooden floors and character details and lots of natural light. Spacious living area with large open plan kitchen makes it perfect for entertaining. The fireplace, extra duvets and wool blankets will keep you toasty warm in the cooler months, with plenty of DVDs, board games, books and Sky TV to keep entertained no matter the weather. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms mean plenty of space for everyone. The house has a large, fully fenced and private section with a big driveway for the boat and a fish filleting bench behind the house. It is opposite the community tennis court and half basketball court so you can relax and watch the kids play safely or enjoy a game with the rackets provided. Guest access Long concrete driveway and plenty of parking available on street. Other things to note Please note this is a rural location so guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels (including hand and foot towels). Duvets, blankets and pillows provided. There are no food shops or restaurants at Kairakau beach - simply escape here with all your provisions packed, ready for slow cooked breakfasts and relaxing outdoor dinners. The local area and property have cell phone reception but no wifi. Strictly no parties; this is a family Bach and the neighbours are permanent residents.
