Everything is available for your comfort: air conditioning in the bedroom, air blower, TV, Wi-Fi (ZEOP channels), walk-in shower and toilet, fitted kitchen (hotplates, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, pots and pans, various oils, vinegar, salt and pepper, pasta and rice), washing machine and a private garden of 60 m2 with outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and sun lounger. An infinity pool is located at the level of the owners' house: access is allowed during school time ( Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm and Wednesday from 8am to 12pm ) or when the owners are not present. Access is independent from the studio to the owners' terrace through a passageway that runs along the pool. The property is located 12 minutes from downtown Saint-Denis.
