We offer our nice apartment in the heart of Auray, ideally located close to all amenities and a five-minute walk from the beautiful little port of Saint-Goustan. The duplex apartment, located on the third and top floor without elevator access, is suitable for babies and children, everything is safe. It is fully equipped so you can feel at home! We can accommodate up to 5 adults and a baby. The space Our accommodation is fully equipped. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot that you can move around the accommodation. The floor is made of sea rush, we prefer to specify it for people with allergies. Downstairs, a bedroom with a single bed and storage, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, children's potty, and washer-dryer. We also have a single armchair that we can make available. We provide toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. In the living room, a sofa bed, a library in which you will have books and games, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (necessary for cooking, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, condiments). We provide you with a dishwasher tablet and a trash bag. Sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats are provided. We have made the choice not to impose too high a cleaning fee (10 euros) so that the price of the stay is not too high. We therefore count on each tenant to clean, and take down the garbage cans when checking out. Cleaning equipment is at your disposal (broom, vacuum cleaner, mop broom and cleaning products). The accommodation is equipped with an internet box and is non-smoking. Other things to note Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
