The Hermitage is a fully furnished, indulgent, country retreat where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The calming and contemporary detail provides you with the perfect place to relax and unwind, this truly is a great away location!!! On arrival, you will be greeted and handed your keys to your very own hideaway. The Hermitage awaits your arrival where the start of your journey to an unforgettable stay begins... Whilst we offer a space to switch off from a busy life, we do have a fantastic Internet connection through Starlink for those who still need to WFH, stay connected with family or simply want to bingewatch Netflix!!! The Hermitage is accessed by 5 steps from your allocated parking area. These images are shown in the exterior section of our photos and whilst most guests would not have a issues, if you are older or have bobility issues you may find this tricky. Alternatively parking adjacent to the cottage can be arranged upon request. Guest access Whether your stay with us is to escape from everyday life or to prepare yourself for that very special day. The Hermitage has everything you need for your very own private retreat. PARKING : Your allocated parking is as you arrive at the hermitage. ACCESS: The Hermitage is elevated from group level, there are 5 steps to access to property. (see image in gallery) WIFI: Free WiFi - we have starlink so even though you may choose to come and hide from the world you can stay connected. SELF CHECK IN: You will be sent detailed instructions on how to self check in the day before your arrival. AMENITIES: All bedding linen Towels Slippers and robes Tea towels All washing up bits Hand soap, hand sanitiser and cleaning products (as needed) All kitchen utensils Tea bags Suger Coffee (instant). I do have a cafeteria if you wish to bring posh coffee Salt pepper Cooking oil Milk Fluffy blankets Portable room Freezer and washing machine (washing pods provided) Clothes airer Iron / ironing board hairdryer Other things to note The Hermitage is located next to a public footpath and whilst on beautiful days walkers may come past, the Hermitage is elevated much higher. At no time will your privacy be impacted. The Hermitage is within the grounds of our family home and normal family life will continue during your stay. We will not impose on you and in return we ask that you respect our home. Please note we do not offer EV charging, your nearest charging point (super charge) is located at Lye Cross Rd, Redhill, Bristol BS40 5RH 1 mile from the hermitage.
