The space We would be delighted to welcome you to our holiday cottage “Le Zegathan”, a 4-person rental with pool, available all year round (minimum 2-night stay off-season and 7-night minimum in July/August), located at Mas de la Croix in Béduer (46100), just 9 km from Figeac. This renovated former barn of over 80 m² is set in the heart of nature on a 4000 m² tree-filled property with parking and a summer pool. The cottage also features a wood-burning stove to enjoy cozy winter evenings by the fire. The high-quality renovation was carried out using healthy and natural materials, harmoniously combining wood, natural stone, and earth-based plaster. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxing—perfect for peaceful, discovery-filled family holidays. Upstairs: -Spacious 50 m² open living area: fully equipped kitchen with natural stone countertop from the Lot region, quality appliances including dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Lounge area with sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a queen-size bed (160x200). -Small bedroom with two 80 cm single beds, a bookshelf, and board games. -Direct access to the garden, terrace with outdoor seating shaded naturally by a linden tree, two deck chairs, and a barbecue. Ground floor: -Large entrance with access to the garden and parking. -Bathroom with walk-in shower (waxed concrete and natural stone from the Lot), heated towel rail. -Separate suspended toilet. -Open laundry area with washing machine. Guest access The pool is shared with the owners and is accessible during the day until around 8 p.m. It is not heated and can be used from early June to late September, depending on the weather. Other things to note Due to the proximity between the sleeping area and the small bedroom, the accommodation is perfect for a couple or a family with two children, but it is not ideal for four adult travelers who wish to maintain their privacy. Please leave the accommodation in the same clean condition in which you found it. All necessary cleaning supplies are available in the laundry area under the stairs.
