Charming Rose Ave Studio w/ Kitchen & Smart TV!

This charming studio just off the famous Rose Avenue is what you've been searching for -- quiet but central location, comfortable/new furnishings, full kitchen, lots of street parking, Smart TV, on-site laundry, & more! Our studio is the perfect place to call home for your extended stay. You can easily walk to the end of our street to peruse the various cafes and shops on Rose Ave...or turn left and arrive at Whole Foods and the 99 Cents Store in just a 5-minute walk! Happy & Helpful hosts! :) The space This studio is 1 of 2 in the building (a duplex). Here is a little about the studio: + Bed is Queen Size + Smart TV gives you access to thousands of TV shows and movies via Netflix, Hulu, and other 'smart tv channels'. + Full kitchen! We have just gone through and updated all cooking equipment and utensils... new pots/pans and a full set of every basic cooking tool you could need. + Laundry is on-site, on the ground floor. It is coin laundry so if you have quarters you're good to go! We provide 1 small detergent bottle and dryer sheet box for each guest, complimentary. + There is an outdoor dining set shown in the photos. We will be putting a second table with chairs in the patio area as well. That way, both studios will each have at least one space to sit and enjoy the outdoors. + We provide a "Welcome Package" for our guests that include basic supplies to get you started in the kitchen and bathroom--4 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, 1 body soap bar, 1 hotel-sized shampoo/conditioner, 1 bar hand soap, 1 bottle dish soap, 1 unused sponge, 1 multi-surface spray cleaner, about 7 trash bags, 1 small laundry detergent, 1 small box of dryer sheets, 1 package of coffee, sugar, creamer, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. All brand new, unopened packages. + In the bathroom, we provide 2 body towels and 1 hand towel (more towels may be able to be provided by request). Things to Note: - Photos show an air conditioning unit and dishwasher but they do not work; that's why we do not advertise our listing as having air conditioning or dishwasher. However, being so close to the beach and on the 2nd floor, we get a great breeze. Plus we provide a fan for your comfort. And there is a new dish rack for drying your dishes. - Heaters can be provided via a small but powerful space heater that quickly heats the whole home. Please don't leave it running when you're not at home, and please don't put it touching anything else. - Because of the current difficult in finding toilet paper, if you would like more for the first two weeks, we can provide up to 10 more rolls for you at our cost ($1/roll).
