Ask the Host for more details. Biking trails, hiking and entertainment just minutes away. Two levels- Upper level has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, great room with fireplace, dinette. Lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. 2 Lower patios, and upper deck for dining and large fire pit on lower patio. A small she shed for boat storage supplies. Parking on the paved driveway and parking space only. No street parking. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars max. The waterway frontage has a pier and our personal boat is docked there for the summer season. We do use the pier and lower patio areas during our guest stays and access the garage through an exterior service door. There is a guest manual in the home with more information for our guests. All watercrafts require a deposit and a signed waiver before they are used. Please ask host for more details.
