This is an absolutely great location on the edge of Buffalo! The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a full kitchen, living room and central air. Additionally, you will have access to the front yard, as well as the back yard, which is the perfect size for lawn games or having a meal on the picnic table. The space This is the upper apartment of a 2 unit home. The updated kitchen has the essentials, whether you just need a cup of coffee in the morning or want to cook a big dinner. The open floor plan entertaining space is perfect for relaxing. If you visit in the warmer seasons, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the well maintained yard and patio and we highly encourage a walk or run in the expansive park right behind the house. We love living in Buffalo and enjoying all that the area has to offer, from hiking and kayaking to what we believe to be the best spots to grab wings and a beer! We believe you will find your stay here comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is a perfect landing place during your stay in Buffalo. Guest access The full upper apartment is accessible and for your use. There are shared laundry machines available in the basement for stays of 3 days or more and by request. Outside, there is a shared back yard with picnic table. There is a former school directly behind the house with a great playground and the town park with several sports fields(baseball, basketball, tennis, and horseshoes!) and plenty of space for a long walk or short run. Other things to note Antenna TV with all the major networks and about 30 channels.
