Located in a quiet and beautiful part of The Roseland, Pippin Cottage is spacious and comfortable with stunning views and a large private garden. The area is superb for walks and we are close to safe, sandy beaches and idyllic harbour villages such as Portscatho, St Mawes and Portloe. It is only 10 minutes from the King Harry Ferry so this is an ideal base for all the wonderful attractions that Cornwall has to offer. Sorry, this cottage does not take dogs. The space Pippin Cottage is a spacious and delightfully presented three-bedroom holiday cottage and we have furnished it with your comfort in mind. It comfortably sleeps 6 plus a cot and flexible bedding arrangements make it ideal for families, or a group of friends. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms both with zip and link beds so in each of these rooms you can choose between twin beds or a sumptuous superking bed with a luxury mattress topper. The charming upstairs bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The cottage is cleaned by myself to an exceptionally high standard and being the only holiday guests on the farm you will have the peace of mind that you are really getting away from it all, and I am sure you will feel at home straight away! Guest access Pippin Cottage is a self-contained holiday cottage with all its own facilities, and a private garden. I live next door and will be on hand to help you should you need anything and hopefully sort out any issues if any arise. Other things to note I will do all I can to help make your stay at Pippin Cottage enjoyable. • There will be tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, plain flour and vegetable oil in the food cupboard for your use, and milk and apple juice in the fridge. We will provide dishwasher tablets, some washing powder, washing up liquid and utensils and some cleaning products. Please bring everything else that you need. • There is a selection of books and games in the cottage for guests of all ages. We are pleased to say that our internet has now been upgraded (as of May 2019) to "lightning fast" thanks to Wildanet, with download speeds of 20Mbs or above. Pippin Cottage now has a Smart TV so bring along your passwords to enjoy your favourite shows.
