ROOM DUPLEX-ATICO NEAR MADRID RIO

The space We are a couple with a child of 7 years and 2 dogs we share our house with interesting people. We have a free single room (occasional and timely 2 rooms if you need 2beds tell us) and the rest of the house to share with everyone (living room, bathroom, kitchen and large terrace with barbecue). We are in the top of the duplex with a suite for all three if necessary. We are very close to Madrid Rio near to the Bridge Arganzuela and Toledo. Marques de Vadillo subway is less than 2 minutes and 10 minutes from Sol metro or buses. Our guests will find much love from all household members (especially from our dogs and our son!). Area very comfortable, quiet, with large green areas and house light, comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood has great commercial activity as well as bars and restaurants for lunch or tapas. It is also well connected to the center because it has metro, buses and even close by, so you can go to any area of ​​the Community of Madrid from here. Also in the square there taxi all day and nigth. Madrid Rio is a choice of leisure and nature very close to our house, as is less than 1 minute from home.
