5 Bed-2 bath Cabin- Sleeps 15! Your home away from home in the quiet gated community of Cloudcountry North. This unique home has 4 bedrooms a sunroom with bed and two full baths From the moment you arrive you will love the tranquil setting in the pine covered hills. The home has plenty of natural light, with the entire southern exposure of the home open to windows, positioned to warm the home naturally in the winter and view the forest and wildlife, these windows truly bring the outdoors in. The space Your Cloud Country Getaway, has a large wood burning stove, a 50 inch flat LED television and high speed internet. Our cabin has a unique design that allows the solar heat and heat from the wood stove to naturally circulate to the upper story and each room has a 60 inch ceiling fan to heat the home naturally and economically. We also have a forced air furnace and zoned heating in the bedrooms. The cabin has three comfortable king sized beds. The bed in the master bedroom has Tempurpedic memory foam bed, the two upstairs bedrooms have a Sealy Posturepedic King sized bed and the other bedroom has a Select comfort bed that allows you to pick the level of firmness. There is a twin bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms and a futon couch in the other. This allows multiple couples or extended families to rent the cabin and have children share a room with their parents. The is also a nice queen sized bed under the window in the sun room. You can lay in bed and watch the stars at night or the snow fall in the winter! In all we have 3 king beds, 2 queen, two futons for children, a single bed and 2 couches. There is a full sized washer and dryer. The cabin has a wheel chair ramp, and the master bedroom and main floor bath is handicapped accessible. Our cabin is 6 miles from Ski Cloudcroft, 10 miles from the Cloudcroft Ice Rink. Our cabin can sleep as many as 15 guests, but please call us for groups over 8, so that we can make appropriate accommodations. Please remember that our cabin is in a subdivision with other property owners who have built their homes here to enjoy the peace and the tranquility that the area offers. Any loud noises and parties after dark will not be tolerated by our neighbors. Thank you for respecting the peaceful environment that we wish to share with you and our neighbors. Please note that although our cabin is accessed through the Cloud Country Estates main gate, our cabin is actually located in Cloud Country North. The fishing lake, swimming pool and tennis courts all belong to the CLOUD COUNTRY CLUB, a private, members only club and our guests are not allowed to use those facilities. The village of Cloudcroft has beautiful tennis courts and fishing is available at Silver Lake, approximately 15 miles away on Highway 244, the road that lead to Ruidoso. This is a well stocked lake with nice facilities. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy, including the washer and dryer. Please enjoy your activities on our property and do not trespass on the neighbors property Other things to note BE ADVISED: THIS CABIN DOES NOT HAVE AC. The area and cabin can get very warm in the summer months. This is an older cabin, the furnishings and cookware are not new, and the owners do not plan on upgrading; It is what it is. Awd, 4wd recommended. During winter months and snow, ice Awd, 4wd and or snow chains highly recommended. We are not responsible for you getting stuck or snow removal.
