The spacious backyard is fully fenced: perfect for the whole family to play and enjoy safely. A quick walk around the corner will take you to beautiful Pippi Beach - an endless stretch of white beach. A perfect spot to swim and catch a glimpse of the friendly local dolphins that are always on patrol, playing and surfing in the waves. Surfers are spoilt for choice in this area with the sheltered Pippi Corner (Northern end) and numerous beach breaks down Pippis - often completely empty! An easy stroll to the Yamba town centre for a coffee and some brunch from one of the friendly cafes and boutique shopping to your hearts content. If you are all beached out then perhaps a hit of golf at the Yamba Golf and Country Club might be a good change of pace - only a 500m walk from door to door. With a large outdoor lounge and BBQ for alfresco dining and even a relaxing water feature in the outdoor space this gorgeous property will be your own tranquil oasis. Fully ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensures year round comfort and a renovated modern bathroom with a separate toilet for your comfort and convenience. With white washed timber decor and leafy green indoor plants this open plan space is a pleasure to relax in. Please note that one side of the double garage is locked off for owner storage (single lock up available only). Guests who book through Yamba Holiday Homes all have access to The Beachside Leisure Centre swimming pool and tennis courts located at 1 The Boulevard Yamba. This complex is just a quick walk around the corner from Kailani Beach House! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property as pictured and described. THE Leisure Centre As our valued guest, you'll have access to not only our beautiful property but also the fantastic amenities at The Beachside Leisure Centre at The Sands Resort Yamba. Opposite Pippi Beach on the Pacific Ocean at 1 The Boulevard Yamba, it's a quick three-minute drive from your doorstep. Dive into the swimming pool to cool off, challenge your pals to a game of tennis on the courts, or fire up the barbie for a classic Aussie barbecue experience. It's all right there for you to enjoy. With these additional amenities, your stay becomes an all-encompassing Aussie adventure, combining the comforts of our property with the leisure options of The Beachside Leisure Centre. Please note that this is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, and we kindly ask guests to respect this policy. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our accommodation. The home is managed by LJ Hooker Yamba. Security • Guests are responsible for keeping the property secure during their stay. • LJ Hooker Yamba is not liable for any damage or theft due to negligence. • We do not compensate or discount for faults or malfunctions. • We do not recover or return lost items, but we can assist with item recovery at a minimum fee of $25 for standard postage. • We accept no liability for events beyond our control; travel and personal property insurance is recommended. Keys • Guests are responsible for the keys; lost keys require a lock change, replacement of remotes (if applicable), and the cutting of four new sets of keys. • During peak times, only one set of keys is provided; contact our office for duplicates. • If no spare keys are available, tenants are liable for any costs to regain entry. Capacity & Noise • Properties have a specific guest capacity; no extra guests, mattresses, tents, caravans, or cars are allowed. • Excess noise or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Tradesman Callouts • Emergency tradesman callouts can be arranged by contacting our office. • If a tradesman is sent out for an unnecessary repair, the cost will be charged to you. Cleanliness & Damage: • Report any issues immediately to our office. • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property or common property during their stay.
