The space The property is on a cul-de-sac - it's absolutely ideal for well behaved hen/stag groups (we've hosted loads and they're always well behaved) family get together's, groups of friends - generally a solid base for people visiting Bath for business or pleasure. As you can see from the reviews it's a fabulous place to stay and use as your home from which to explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer. There is free off street parking for up to 8 cars. Free parking is a huge money and time saver when visiting Bath. Please let us know if you have more than 8 cars coming. It has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. There are two large reception rooms i.e. kitchen/diner and a sitting room. The sitting room has a huge sofa, a double luxury sofa bed and a single luxury sofa bed (both very comfortable and extremely easy to set up) . There is 55 inch 4K HD TV with Sky Movies, Sky Sports, BT Sports and Netflix. The audio is supplied with a Sonos Sound Bar and Sonos surround sound speakers - fantastic sound for watching TV or listening to music. You'll even find a PS 4, a cupboard stacked full of board games and interesting travel books to read on the coffee table. The kitchen has a huge table that can seat at least 10 to 12 at a push and it is the social hub of the house - it even has it's own Sonos sound system along with a wine fridge and of course a dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms - the house can sleep up to 13 people. The property has a minimal/modern and spacious living areas. Each bed has a luxury 1700 individually pocket sprung mattress (The single beds can be zip locked so they can become two doubles if so required). The bunk beds are "Low" so it is easy to get onto the top one - they also have amazing thick mattresses that are incredibly comfortable. The sitting room has a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed - made by a luxury hotel supplier. Along with a huge deep sofa. All beds will have fresh cotton sheets and cotton towels provided for each guest. Upon arrival I am usually always around to welcome guests - in the rare instances that I am not there is a Ring doorbell which has a video function so I'll easily be able to direct you to the key safe. It's a lovely well looked after property and it will be spotless for you upon your arrival. Location wise it is relatively close to town, near some local shops/excellent takeaways and one of only two homes on a culdesac. It's a lovely spot to explore Bath and have fun with friends & family.
