Welcome to Talley’s Cabins near beautiful Dale Hollow Lake nestled in the Upper Cumberland area of TN. A quiet, peaceful and clean stay in the beautiful hilltops. With 47 acres to enjoy including hiking trails, scenic grounds to snap a picture, your own hot tub and fire pit. We are also just a short drive to some great attractions such as: Cummins Falls State Park, Standing Stone State Park, and numerous marinas surrounding the beautiful No. 1 Houseboat Lake on the Continent, Dale Hollow. The space If you're a couple seeking a quiet retreat or you want to get out and explore the area, our cabins are just right for you! Many people visit us to escape a busy life, and our cabins provide a peaceful and private get away nestled in the rolling hills of our 47 acres. We are a short drive to Mitchell Creek Marina, which rents some of the best pontoons on Dale Hollow, and Standing Stone State Park, where you can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts, hiking, and paddleboat rentals (for a nominal fee). Cummins Falls offers a great hike and stunning views (check their website prior to visiting). Features: - Self check in - Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, including pots, pans, a charcoal grill, utensils, dishes, and glassware for 4 - Laundry room with washer and dryer including laundry pods - A covered front and back concrete porch complete with chairs, picnic table, and umbrella. - A clean hot tub (we drain and refill after each guest) - Board games and cards - Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon streaming platforms on a Roku Smart TV - Parking for trailer and boat (if you are bringing your own) - 47 acres to explore - Charging stations and sound machine by master bed - Outdoor fire pit and we supply the firewood and kindling at a convenient self-serve woodshed. - Tankless water heater. Take a loooonnngg shower if you like. - Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, make-up wipes, etc. - Rain Head showers - High quality mattresses with multiple pillows and extra blankets and they are steamed monthly - Vintage/antique décor with seasonal touches - Organic Farm fresh eggs, snack basket including oatmeal and dry cereals, chips, juice etc. - Coffee bar complete with K cups, ground coffee, Nespresso-like pods, milk frother, flavored syrup, creamers, and sugar. - Security cameras on property - For extended stay we do provide extra towels, snacks, and a hot tub refresh if desired. Near: Standing Stone State Park, Dale Hollow Lake, Cummins Falls State Park, the Cities of Celina, Gainesboro, and Livingston with a slightly further drive to Cookeville, TN. We are approximately 25 minutes from the towns of Celina, Livingston and Gainesboro. We are about 45 minutes from Cookeville where Tennessee Tech University is located. Guest access The cabin is fully accessible. Other things to note We are in a small, peaceful and secluded county. There are no interstates or major airports in our area. The Dale Hollow Lake area is truly a hidden secret and gem. Local TN folks knows just how beautiful the rolling hills and lake is. We are about 20 mins from the marina. 1. We do NOT have cable or satellite TV, only streaming services. 2. If you are using GPS, type the following address: 764 Hickory Lane, Hilham TN 3. It is always easier to arrive here in the daylight. Our country roads are dark at night. 4. You may want to bring groceries with you instead of getting here and then heading back out to the store (closest one is 25 minutes away and is not open late). 5. Cell service is limited in our area. Most providers are spotty. 6. You may lose GPS, so PLEASE PLEASE PRINT DIRECTIONS AND HAVE A HARD COPY WITH YOU. 7. We are smoke-free inside our cabins.
