Large whole house for Cheltenham Races

It’s a detached house in a small close. There is a hotel / restaurant 3 mins walk away. A Harvester and KFC five min walk away. A 3 min walk to the bus stop- buses every 10 mins into Cheltenham and Gloucester. The space There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. Two single bedrooms and a bathroom with in shower bath. Downstairs very large kitchen / diner with oak table for 8. Sitting room with Tv. Utility and separate downstairs cloakroom. 2 rooms locked with house holder’s possessions. We have put that the house is unsuitable for children as the staircase is open, however children are welcome at your own risk and a travel cot available. There is also an unguarded open gas fire in the living room. Guest access Guests can access the whole house except the two locked rooms with the owners personal possessions. There is also a patio and decking outside for guest’s use. Other things to note We very much hope you enjoy our home and have a great stay. We don’t mind well behaved dogs as long as they don’t chew the furniture or lie on beds and of course any mess is pooper scooped. You can use the washing machine and there will be availability in the fridge and freezer. We are happy for you to smoke outside, there is seating front and back.
