This is a single room, which is located up the stairs above the font door. The room is comfortable, nicely decorated and warm. It provides a relaxing and calm, stylish space for you. Everything you need is provided; microwave, minifridge, tea/coffee, snacks and towels. The bathroom is shared and cleaned daily. × free parking ×No kitchen ×No washing machine ×Do Not bring a pet thank you🐈 🐕 The space You will be delighted that the house is spotlessly clean and warm. Your bed icomes with an electric blanket. There is a wardrobe which has a long mirror, and there are 10 draws, so plenty of space for a longer stay. Also, there's a small table to place your laptop or computer on, so you can work from home. You may use a washing machine before 11 a.m., due to high usage, a charge of £10 per load (covers wear and tear and electricity costs). Please note I take no responsibility for any loss or damage to any clothing.) Guest access FREE PARKING Key code box for self check-in Your host will welcome you and will show you to your room. There is a large park where you can relax in and where there is a library. The park is 2 mins walk away from the house . A must visit. Bus stops are a 5 mins walk away. It takes 10-15 mins to get to the City. From the bus station you can catch a direct bus to the University and the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital. During your stay We are available to answer questions and can recommend activities that we have taken part in and can vouch for. You are given privacy when you are settled into your room and you can come and go when you like as there is a key box by the side of the front door. Please do not take the key away from the property. I will provide my the key box code and my mobile number when you book with us. Other things to note This is a family home. We have 2 cats called Susie and Sid, plus 2 dogs called Sally and Charlie. The dogs are kept at the back of the house and do not go into any of the rooms upstairs. Please do not bring your pets........ There is a lock on the bedroom door. There is a good bus service into the City, and it takes around 8 minutes to get there. A taxi to the train station costs around £8.00. The University is approx 4 miles away.
