The Cottage was the home of the Gatekeeper to the Bedervale property. The Studio is a short distance from my home on the same property, facing rural views and Budawang mountains. It is very quiet and private, with no neighbours. Set on 1 acre, with fruit trees and veg beds. It is furnished as a home. Guest access The studio is on the last property on the sealed road of Monkittee Street. I suggest you park in the driveway adjacent to the studio.
