Cozy attic located at the forth and last floor with elevator of an historical building, few steps away from the dome, the train station and all highlights. The flat offers all comforts and has a spacious living room with view, two couches and AC, a double bedroom with wardrobe and AC, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The flat is composed of: a double room with wardrobe and AC, a very spacious living room with a large dining table, a brand new blue L-shaped sofa and another smaller red couch, AC, 2 roof windows and a third window overlooking the dome of Florence. The kitchen is equipped with cookers, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary equipments and utensils. The bathroom with skyline window has sink and toilet, bidet and a comfortable shower (70x90 cm). Guest access The apartment is completely at our guests' disposal. Other things to note Note that the Municipality of Florence requires a tourist tax of €6 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 12 are free) which will be charged at time of booking through Airbnb. Please have a valid passport with you and note that we will take a photo upon arrival, because we are obliged by the local authorities to declare your presence in our apartment. We inform you that when you check in, we will ask you to sign a rental contract as required by Italian law. To reach the apartment, there are 12 steps (and no handrail) to do once you exit the elevator and after the entrance door. There are also 2 other steps in the hallway. The height of the ceiling in the kitchen and part of the living room and the bedroom is limited on one side due to the sloping roof. Also note that for late check-in we ask for an extra of €20 to be paid upon arrival. Please note that the Municipality of Florence requires a tourist tax of €6 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 12 years old do not pay) that will be charged to you at the time of booking directly by Airbnb.
