Take in a beautiful High Country sunset - with a glass of wine of course - from one of the three decks overlooking lush Hounds Ears Valley and then cruise the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway the next morning. Our condo is dog-friendly and fully stocked for your next mountain getaway! Well-maintained 2-bedroom / 2-bath in the heart of the High Country. Condo is well stocked and ready for your mountain stay - whether it's two days or two weeks! Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, and some basic condiments. Queen beds in each bedroom with a new pull-out sofabed in the living room, with pillows, comforters, and extra sheets. Washer and dryer are in-unit. THERE IS NO A/C in the unit, but plenty of fans to cool the place down in the summer months. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is controlled via lockbox - code will be sent prior to your check-in date. During your stay, I'm available via text or phone call for any questions you may have. Secluded condo in Boone overlooking Hounds Ear Valley - great place to relax while taking in the mountain air! The condo is a short drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and our local NC ski resorts. The beautiful Hebron Falls Trail trailhead is 1/4 mile walk down the road. Being out in the mountains, car is your best option. The 1-mile road to the condo is gravel but well maintained and not steep - fine for all vehicles from April through October. Careful driving during inclement weather is encouraged and 4-wheel drive is recommended for winter. Additional $25 / night cleaning charge for dogs. Signature of our rental agreement is required prior to arrival. A copy of the agreement can be sent prior to booking upon request.
