Willow Retreat near State College or Huntingdon

Welcome to our 5 BR, 3 full bath vacation house located halfway between State College and Huntingdon. You will be a 25 minute drive from either city, making it a convenient location to take in Penn State or Juniata College events. Whipple Apartment is also located on the same property so the yard is a shared space. A firepit and grill available for your enjoyment. A beautiful deck with outdoor furniture to bask in sun or shade. Check out our guidebook for fun things to do and see in the area. The space There are 2 Airbnb's on the same property- Willow Retreat - the house and Willow apartment which is above the detached 2 car garage. The 2 car garage is available for use if you ask about it ahead of time. It is a shared space unless you specifically ask for it. This garage also has a few outdoor games available for you to enjoy. The basketball is in the container on deck of the house. Guest access The yard is shared by all guests from the house and the apartment. There is a swing set , tether ball and basketball hoop available. The yard is huge if you have your own outdoor games you enjoy bring them along. Other things to note We have quiet time set for 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM when you are outside to give the neighbors privacy as they may need to get up and work in the morning.. thanks for respecting this! We also have a no smoking policy in the house. If you need to smoke please do so at a designated area of your choice outside and clean up the residue before you leave. We have extra tables and folding chairs in the basement and in the garage detached from the house. There are outdoor games in the detached garage. We have a no pets policy.
