The Hermitage lodge sits within the grounds of Lonsdale Villa in the heart of Penrith (5 min walk into the town centre) The lodge is surrounded by trees and plants with views over Penrith to the mountains beyond. Ideal for exploring the north lakes, Pennines and close to the Scottish boarder. This two bedroom lodge has been extensively refurbished to the highest possible standard There are two bedrooms one set as a double the other set as a twin The space The lodge has large decking that over looks the gardens with views to penrith. The master bedroom has its own decking that looks out into a wooded area full of wild life and beautiful shrubbery, a small lawn laid for the exclusive use of the guests of the lodge. Guests have use of a unique private area under a beech tree, housing a two person hot tub, all secluded. The remainder of the gardens are for the sole use of guests to the main house. Guest access Access to the lodge is via a shared driveway, and parking is to the side of the lodge. The lodge has exclusive use of lawn / wood area to the rear of the lodge (outward facing from the master bedroom) the decking and area around the hot tub. The main house has exclusive use of the main gardens.
