The space We are in the protected marine park of Capo Carbonara, on the wonderful beach of Cala Pira, a stone's throw from the sea. Our newly renovated and finely furnished villa is located in a guarded residence with private access. It can comfortably accommodate six people. Given its proximity to the sea, it is particularly suitable for families with young children. It has a spacious double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with three single beds and a well-furnished living room overlooking the kitchenette equipped with an oven and dishwasher, a second bathroom is available for guests. In a private area, a sofa bed for two. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. Externally, in the well-kept garden located both on the front and back of the villa, a complete set of furniture is available for your dinners and outdoor relaxation. There is also a grill, washing machine, enclosed hot shower, beach towels, and an umbrella for the sea. Guest access The villa is at the guests' complete disposal. Villasimius is about 10 km away while Costa Rey is about six. In both locations you can find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and numerous shops, perfumeries and markets.
