Villasimius-Cala Pira, a stone's throw from the sea!

My place is close to the beach, in a wonderful bay nestled between the sea and the mountains. No car needed to go to the sea, just a swimsuit and a towel. Do you have kids? Don't forget a bucket and a shovel... and then into the water! The space We are in the protected marine park of Capo Carbonara, on the wonderful beach of Cala Pira, within walking distance of the sea. Our newly renovated and tastefully furnished cottage is located in a guarded residence with private access. It can comfortably accommodate six people. Given its proximity to the sea, it is particularly suitable for families with small children. It has a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed. The well-furnished living area includes a second bathroom, an equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed. Both bathrooms are complete with a walk-in shower and a bidet. LINEN: - Please note that bed/bathroom linens are NOT included. It can only be provided upon request and for a fee. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. Outside, in the well-kept garden located both at the front and at the back of the house, a complete set of furniture is available for your dinners and your outdoor relaxation. There is also a grill, a washing machine, an enclosed hot shower, a small beach, and an umbrella for the beach. Guest access The villa is at the complete disposal of guests. You are just a few meters away from a beautiful white sandy beach. Other things to note Cala Pira is located on the beautiful coast that goes from Villasimius to Costa Rey. Villasimius is about 10 km away while Costa Rey is about six. In both locations you can find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and numerous shops, perfumeries and markets.
