Accommodation on the seafront in Pinarella di Cervia

Pinarella is a hamlet of the Municipality of Cervia, a well-known tourist resort, in a privileged position because it is just a few kilometers from Milano Marittima (to the north) and Cesenatico (to the south). My accommodation is located between Viale Italia and the main avenue Viale Emilia and is only 50 meters from the beautiful beach preceded by the beautiful Pinarella PINE FOREST. The house is independent and has 2 very comfortable PARKING SPACES inside the courtyard and a small garden. Indoor bike storage! The space The fully independent accommodation consists of over 120 square meters in total. From the armored door in the garden (where up to 2 cars can be parked) you can access the stairs and then a hallway that leads to the fully furnished and functional Kitchen Area, which also has dishwashers. The Kitchen and Dining Room (extremely spacious and bright) are separated by an arch, which helps to make the entire room wider. From the living area you can access the corridor that leads to the bedrooms: the main one with a double bed plus a third bed or bunk bed, the secondary one with a double bed. The bathroom, which is extremely spacious, is equipped with a shower box. The rooms are equipped with AIR CONDITIONING. A closet contains the washing machine, brooms, and everything necessary to keep the premises in excellent condition. Linen is generally not provided, but it is possible to agree otherwise. In the months of June, July, August and mid-September, the house is rented for a minimum period of 14/15 days. The fortnight must necessarily correspond with the first or the second of the month. Other things to note Pinarella is a holiday resort particularly suitable for families. The fine sandy beach and the lack of dangers in the sea make it the ideal place for children. The town of Pinarella owes its name to the beautiful and centuries-old pine forest that is located beyond the street where the house is located and that separates it from the beach. The pine forest is an important green lung, which contributes to the value of the area as well as helping to keep the climate mild. The location is central compared to the more crowded Milano Marittima and Cesenatico, and compared to the beautiful Ravenna (with the 8 UNESCO heritage sites) and the bustling Rimini.
