Located on the 2nd floor of the house, with a south-facing balcony overlooking the pedestrian path that goes to the tennis courts and the cross-country ski area, this bright 86 m2 duplex has a 41 m2 kitchen-living room and 3 large bedrooms. In the center of the village, the Chalande is an independent house without any adjoining property ensuring clearance and tranquility while remaining in the heart of village life and its entertainment. The space The 1st level consists of 3 bedrooms, the reception hall, the bathroom and the toilet. 2 bedrooms have a 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200 cm beds allowing either separate or adjoining beds. Each room has plenty of storage and 2 of them lead to the south-facing balcony equipped with sun loungers. The 41 m2 kitchen-living area is on the upper floor, accessible by an interior wooden staircase allowing you to admire the original structure of the house. It is equipped with a sofa bed, a 2-seater bench, 1 armchair and a large ottoman, a hitech TV corner (32-inch screen plus DVD-DVX player). The sofa bed allows a quality double bed (50 kg/m2) 140 cm wide. It is easy to handle thanks to the wheels. The kitchen is integrated and has a 3-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a large worktop. The dining area includes a large oval table with extension for 6/8 guests and a storage space. A locked collective cellar is available to store skis, bicycles, shoes, etc. Guests can use the ski and bike room free of charge. On request, you can get a DVD player, fondue and raclette sets, snowshoes and tennis rackets for free. Linens and towels are not provided with the rental. We can make them available on request, for a fee. Also, the cleaning fee is not included, but we can add it (€50).
