This suburb is near Skopje ring road and it is only 15 minutes drive from the airport. The house is near a bus station (3 minutes walk) for the bus #57 which will take you to the downtown area of Skopje (20 minutes bus ride). The space Spacious, light, welcoming rustic-style home with beautiful and functional kitchen. There is an additional solar system for hot water, and also an installation of the latest lightning strike protection system. The two bathrooms are elegant and new. The ground floor bathroom is equipped with the latest technology washing and drying machines and on the upper floor bathroom there is a bidet. Upstairs beside the three bedrooms and the bathroom, there is an extra storage room very handy for big suitcases. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, so the house has total of two balconies in addition to the beautiful yard. Guest access The entire house is for use and available for its guests: Living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies, three bedrooms and a backyard with a picnic table, three benches and two swings. In the upstairs closet room there are extra sets of bed sheets and linen, and towels that can be used. Downstairs there is a utility room with a vacuum cleaner and detergents.
