Beautiful holiday apartment within walking distance of the town center of Garmisch. The space The apartment is located in a 2 story house and sits on the ground level. The kitchen also serves as the dining area and sports a snug table with benches and chairs. The big TV is also in this area. The living room area has a fireplace and a couch to relax. The bedroom has a large double bed and another TV. the bathroom is totally new renovated. You have the possibility to clean your bike or charge your e bike , there also is a shed for bikes in the garden. Guest access The town center is 1km away and is easily reachable on foot. Multiple trailheads for everything from easy to challenging hikes are less than 500m away. There are countless mountain bike routes available very close by as well. Other things to note Garmisch-Partenkirchen is an official health resort and thus visitors need to pay a health resort tax of 3,00 Euro per adult and day (1,00 Euro for children). For that you will receive a guestcard that will give you access to a lot of free or discounted services
