The house is situated near great hiking trails and is out of the fog. You will get great weather here. The property also has air conditioning plus a kid's playhouse and two creative huts perfect for arts & crafts or writing. Designer finishes, ample laundry room and everything one might need to fully sink into all the Bay Area has to offer. There are plenty of toys and activities for the kids - from the pool to ping pong to Playstation. There's even a projector to show an outdoor movies.
