Large quiet house full of charm

The house is a 5-minute drive from the train station, 15 minutes from Rosaires Beach. It is ideally located to travel the north side: Cap Fréhel, Erquy, Plouha, Bréhat... It is an old renovated farm, located in a quiet area, in the greenery, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is large (167 m2) and mixes stone and wood atmospheres. The 1700 m2 garden is wooded and enclosed. Enjoy the many walks to the sea: coves, cliffs, beaches, bird watching in the bay... The space The bedrooms: - the parents' bedroom with a double bed 160 - one bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (opposite the parents' room) - one bedroom with 2 single beds (in another part of the house) - There is also a guest room, with a 160 cm double bed, which remains cool in case of hot weather. Our mattresses are rather firm. We have a travel cot. Toys for children from 0 to 10 years old are available + ping pong table, hammock, swing... We do not have a TV but a computer connected to fiber and a video projector. We have a female cat named Sushi! Other things to note We rent our house for a minimum of 6 nights. There is no TV but there is fiber and a video projector. Many toys for 0-10 year olds available + ping pong table, hammock, etc. Cleaning is to be done upon departure.
