This is a beautiful open space one bedroom basement apartment with private entrance.. It has a living room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room(shared with my main floor Airbnb guest only) and backyard patio with access to the BBQ.. The Apartment Includes One large bedroom, Central air conditioning Kitchen is full size and fully equipped with most but no dishwasher Dining table can seat three .please note that we do not have cable tv only antenna where you are able to watch few local channel The space This beautiful basement apartment is located in the heart of Roncesvalles village. It is very convenient to get to almost anywhere in the city either by public transit, walking, or cycling. It's close to the parks, lake, shopping center, library, and lots of local coffee retail shops and restaurants, banks, delis, 24-hour gyms, and movie theatre. Guest access Access to everything inside the apartment. Access to backyard patio and garden. Access to the BBQ in the patio. Access to the laundry room. Access to free Wi-Fi I provide towels, linens and some essentials. Other things to note ##We have a sofabed (double size)in the living room, which can accommodate one extra guests for extra fee, if needed ##Feel free to use the BBQ anytime in the backyard. ##Please keep in mind that we are a family of five with Maltese furry family member.
