Beautiful apartment located in a quiet street in Príncipe Real neighbourhood. Waking up in this sun filled apartment with a view over Lisbon rooftops and courtyards puts you right in the city's soul. You will shop groceries with locals and be surrounded by trendy shops and restaurants. At walking distance from Chiado and with tram 28 down the street, Lisbon's seven hills are waiting to be explored. Making last things best, what about enjoying a glass of wine on the cozy balcony at sunset? The space The apartment is in a typical Lisbon building that was renovated in 2015 while keeping all the original characteristics. The apartment itself was renovated in 2014 to ensure updated comfort. Every room has windows making the flat very luminous. This allows for the sunlight to change as the day progresses, thus changing the character of the apartment along the day. You will have access to all areas of the apartment. It comprises: - Main bedroom with a queen-size bed - A small bedroom with a single bed - A living room looking South with a view over courtyards and rooftops - A dining room - A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. From the kitchen you have access to the balcony for two, which faces the same side as the living room. - A bathroom I provide towels and bed linen. A washing/drying machine is also available in the apartment. Please note that there is no TV in this apartment. I do provide high-speed internet if you wish to connect your own laptop or tablet to access online content. There is also a Hi-Fi system to which you can connect your mp3 player. Guest access Full apartment. Other things to note Check-in & check-out flexibility depending on occupation. Check-in after 10pm is charged €30. For bookings of two weeks or more the cleaning lady will come once a week to clean, provide clean towels and fresh linen. In case you come by car you should know that parking in the neighbourhood is almost entirely exclusive to locals.
